Michelle graduated from Colorado State University with a Degree in Human Development and Family Studies with an Emphasis in Early Childhood Education and has been working with children for about 26 years. Details you should know about me: I have been married to my husband Jesse for 24 years and we have 2 children together. I was born and raised in Colorado. I love to spend time with my family and friends. My favorite children's book is "The Polar Express." I love being the Director of this program. Amy taught elementary school for six years before returning to preschool. Amy has a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education, along with an Early Childhood Director Certification. Ms. Kira has been at Great Escape either as a parent, teacher and/or an Administrative Assistant for 10 years. Ms. Kira and her husband enrolled their two daughters at Great Escape because they loved the community feeling, and that community is why she has remained. Things to know about me: in my free time I enjoy gardening, camping, skiing and theatre. My favorite children's book is anything by Andrea Beaty, but I especially love Aaron Slater the illustrator. My favorite part of working with young children is sharing with them my love of children's literature.
